Malin Vadelius

Malin is a doctoral student in the Change Graduate School. Her dissertation is titled: How Emotions Come to Life in the Interactions of Mid-Level Managers. The project aims to deepen our understanding of how middle managers use emotions in their interactions with fellow managers, as well as to develop and evaluate a method for improving the social work environment with a focus on how emotions are used in these interactions.
