Amir Nourmohammadi

Amir is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Industrial Management, Industrial Design and Mechanical Engineering.Before that, he worked as a supply chain analyst and completed his PhD in Industrial Engineering in 2018. He also served as a researcher at the University of Skövde, where he taught and conducted research in close collaboration with industry.

Amir’s teaching and research focus on optimising production and logistics systems by applying sustainability principles and advanced technologies, such as human-robot collaboration, Industry 4.0, and intelligent logistics solutions. Using operations research, digital modelling, and computational analysis, he develops methods for sustainable production and logistics that enhance industrial competitiveness while minimising environmental impact through resilient supply chains and effective operations management.
