About the researcher
I am a Senior Lecturer in Industrial Management at the University of Gävle. My research has primarily focused on organizational sustainability and the circular economy. I am particularly interested in collaboration between different actors, the development and implementation of business models, and local supply chains. In my research, I analyze various types of organizations, including the manufacturing industry and local food production. I apply several methods, such as case studies, archival studies, and surveys. The purpose of my work is to develop models and strategies that can facilitate the transition towards organizational sustainability and a circular economy, as well as provide practical guidance for practitioners in engaging relevant stakeholders and promoting sustainability efforts.
I am involved in several research projects and supervise a number of doctoral students. In addition, I am responsible for courses in strategic sustainability management as well as circular business models and supply chains.
