If you are currently studying or have previously studied at the University of Gävle, you have the opportunity to request official transcripts and certificates. These documents serve as proof of your academic achievements and can be used for various purposes, such as job applications or further studies.

Create transcripts and certificates in Ladok

You can create verifiable transcripts and certificates in Ladok using your student account.

Certificate of anticipated participation

The certificate provides a list of the upcoming courses you have been admitted to at the University of Gävle but have not yet completed the registration process for.

Certificate of registration

The certificate provides a detailed record of the courses you have officially registered for at the University of Gävle, confirming your enrollment in these courses.

Official transcript of records

The certificate provides a detailed record of your academic results from the University of Gävle.

National official transcript of records

A certificate of results contains courses that you have studied and registered in Ladok, the University's study documentation system. You can choose between a national certificate of achievement that contains all the courses you have studied at universities and colleges in Sweden or a certificate of achievement that only shows the courses you have studied at the University of Gävle.

No active student account

If you no longer have an active user account at the University of Gävle, you can log in to Ladok for alumni with e-identification (BankID or Freja eID).Once you have logged in, you can:

• Change contact details
• Download certificates of results and national certificates of results
• Apply for a degree
• See information about awarded degrees
• Share your qualification
