Canvas
At HiG, we use the learning platform Canvas. In Canvas, you will find course rooms for your ongoing courses. These are digital spaces where you can find lecture materials, assignments, and feedback/results, etc.
Ladok
You use Ladok to register for your courses, sign up for exams, and view your study results, among other things.
Exam registration
Exams are a common form of assessment at the University of Gävle. Registration for written exams on campus is mandatory. To take your exam, you must present valid identification.
Printing and copying
All printing, copying, and scanning can be done on any of the University's multi-machines. You print to a printer queue and retrieve your prints from the multi-machine of your choice.
Your schedule/schedule viewing via Kronox
If you are a student at the University of Gävle, you will find exam schedules and your personal schedule via the web-based system Kronox. The service is also available as an app.
Support for study administrative issues
The easiest way to find answers to your study administrative questions is to use the University's support system. The system is used by most functions at the University. Through our support services, you can, for example, find answers to questions regarding study administration, Canvas, or the library.
IT support
For questions and issues related to IT, such as wireless networks, User accounts, and similar issues, contact IT support. The easiest way to contact them is by using the University's support system.
Digital signing
If you are a student at the University of Gävle, you have access to the service Edusign, which can be used to digitally sign PDF or XML documents.
Web meetings with Zoom
Zoom is a service for web meetings that supports most devices. It enables you to communicate with sound and video. You can also download Zoom as an app.
