Since April 2025, I have been a PhD student in the Department of Caring Science. I am from China, and when I am not conducting research, I work at Lishui University in Zhejiang Province, China, where I am currently a lecturer in the Nursing Department. My research interests focus on nursing management. My dissertation explores nurses' work environment, well-being, and turnover intention.
