Jonas Molin

In my dissertation, *Business Streamlining – A Theory of Service Sourcing* (2025), I developed an integrated conceptual model for service sourcing. The model was developed in a generative phase (grounded theory) and subsequently tested quantitatively in a validation phase through two sub-studies (articles). The dissertation’s research framework is rooted in the IMP (International Marketing and Purchasing) tradition. In both research and teaching, my core interest lies in service marketing and service purchasing. In terms of publications, in addition to the sub-studies in my dissertation in a B2B context, I have published on service recovery in a B2C context. I am a member of the Sustainable Agreements and Negotiations (SAN) research group at HiG.

I have been employed at HiG since 2001 as a marketing instructor, earned my licentiate degree in 2014, and was appointed as a distinguished instructor in 2018. From 2013 to 2026, I served as the program director for the Real Estate Brokerage Program.
