Your user account consists of a username and a password and allows you to access Ladok, Canvas, campus computers and library databases. The password for the user account must be changed once a year.

Your user account serves as a login to Canvas (the University's learning platform), Ladok and the University's computers. The user account consists of a username and a password. The password must be changed once a year.
Collect your user account online
You can collect your user account at the earliest two weeks before the start of the semester. To collect your user account online, you must be able to identify yourself digitally.
Use one of the following methods to identify yourself:
Identification with Edu-id
This method requires you to have a Swedish personal identity number. Edu-id is a national service that ensures that you are you (much like a Bank ID). You can create an Edu-id online at eduid.se. Read more at Eduid.se

If you are an EU citizen and do not have a Swedish personal identity number, use eIDASL. External link.

Identification via Universityadmissions.se (Antagning.se)
This method requires you to have an account on Antagning.se. Please note that it is not sufficient to have only a profile on Antagning.se
Create your user account with your login from antagning.se External link. (choose "Antagning.se")
By e-mail (no access to Ladok*)
A web link will be sent to the e-mail address you provided to Antagning.se. Click on the link and choose a password for your user account.
Please note that you cannot log in to Ladok using this method. To access Ladok via the University's user account, use one of the other two methods.
Things to consider when creating the password for your user account
- The password must contain at least 8 characters, including one lower case letter, one upper case letter and one number.
- The password must not contain the following special characters: spaces, ’, `, ’, <, >, ½, /, å, ä or ö.
- After you have created (or recently changed) your password, it may take up to 15 minutes before you have full access to all systems.
