Daniella Fjellström, är docent inom organisation och ledarskap, företagsekonomi. Hon undervisar och handleder doktorander i företagsekonomi. Fjellström har doktorsexamen i internationellt företagande från Centre of International Business Studies (CIBUL) vid Leeds University Business School (LUBS), the University of Leeds, Storbritannien. Hon har arbetat på Uppsala universitet, Stockholm Business School, Stockholms universitet samt globala multinationella företag. Hon är affilierad forskare vid Mälardalens universitet.

Daniella Fjellström fick sin doktorsexamen i internationellt företagande från Centre of International Business Studies (CIBUL) vid Leeds University Business School (LUBS), the University of Leeds, Storbritannien. Hon har mottagit flera prestigefulla utmärkelser för sin forskning.
- Fjellströms doktorsavhandling fick ”Neil Hood och Stephen Young” Priset för den mest originella avhandlingen vid Academy of International Business.
- The EMIC Award “Distinguished Young Scholar Award” at the 2nd Emerging Market Inspiration Conference Conference, Stockholms universitet.
- “Best Paper Award” för Osarenkhoe och Fjellström ‘A study of exogenous gap critical for cluster dynamics and interaction with global markets’, the 12th Annual Conference of the EuroMed Academy of Business, International Hellenic University.
